Perusahaan mendukung pengembangan keterampilan teknis maupun non-teknis karyawan, khususnya dalam bidang stamping, welding, quality control (QC), serta keterampilan penunjang lainnya, untuk mendukung peningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas hasil produksi.

Menyelenggarakan pelatihan rutin sesuai kebutuhan teknis (stamping, welding, QC, dll).
Conduct regular training tailored to technical needs (stamping, welding,QC, dll).Memberikan sertifikasi kompetensi untuk standar tertentu.
Provide competency certifications for specific standards.Menyusun rencana pengembangan karier bagi setiap karyawan.
Develop career growth plans for each employee.Memberikan pelatihan soft skills seperti komunikasi, leadership, dan teamwork.

Implementation Elements
Membuat program tahunan skill-upgrade di bidang teknik produksi dan inspeksi kualitas.
